After months of reading the transcripts I just got through with them and I feel like I’ve been on a roller coaster of emotions myself. To watch the verdict being read also after reading all the transcripts…I could not stop the tears! I can’t even imagine what it must of been like for Michael, my heart breaks for him everyday that he had to go through that awful, ridiculous trial and then to have his life end the way it did…it’s too painful : (
The anger that fills me up when I think of ALL the people responsible for causing such pain to Michael is unbearable…may the wrath of God come down on them.

Thanks for the transcripts! I read them from time to time, trying to understand how someone would want to and could destroy someone’s life like that, especially MJ’s life. All of those people who tried to take advantage of him seemed jealous of his fame, forgetting or not wanting to realize that he had worked real hard to succeed and that he deserved everything he had. Yet he was generous.
I was wondering where or how did you get the transcripts, how come some testimonies are missing…? I would like to read them all…
Thanks for posting. I think it’s important that this kind of information be readily available for anyone who is interested in what really happened during that trial. I have all of the transcripts, with the exception of one day, and I will post them as time permits. It’s extremely time consuming to break them down by witness, though I believe doing so makes it much easier for the reader to digest and reference. So it’s simply a matter of finding the time to do so, but rest assured I will get it done. And I will continue my quest to find the missing day of testimony, which I believe is March 9th and contains more of either Gavin’s or Star’s testimony.

i find this a travesty he did not have to die like this this last trial killed him i wonder if these so called men sleep well thye should come forward and clear his name for the sake of his children…. and of course hes innocent everyone took his kindness for a weakness
Thank you for creating this site to help reveal the truth about what happened to Michael. It is amazing to me how many people think the worst of MJ, believing the lies told by this family–and by the Press–lies that prove that too many people are too stupid to think for themselves, and too apathetic to seek the truth.
Michael Jackson was a victim of lies and extortion, not once but twice. And simply because he was different, he was painted as a monster by the media of the most vile kind, and the general public just ate it up and accepted it as fact. Surely, if a person is different, there must be something wrong with them, right? And if there is something wrong with them, then that must also mean they are capable of horrific crimes against a child, correct? This is the mentality of the press and the public, and it is sickening to me…sickening that this world is filled with mindless robots who can’t use the brain God gave them to separate fact from fiction and truth from lies. And even more sickening when you consider that a man’s life was ruined by the only crimes that ever occurred: LIES and EXTORTION.
Michael can no longer be hurt by the lies, thank goodness. But his children can. And that’s why it is so important that we work in a united effort to bring out the truth, so that Michael’s legacy will survive untarnished, and so that his children do not have to suffer the torment of the media and this family’s lies.
Michael wasn’t perfect, nor was he some sort of God. But he was not a monster or a freak or anything else that he was painted to be in the media. He was a human being, a very special human being, who devoted his life to helping to heal the world through music, and through philanthropy. This is the true legacy of Michael Jackson. And this is the only legacy that his children should ever have to carry.
I propose that a three-part documentary (at LEAST two parts) be done by an interested filmmaker that covers the transcripts, Aphrodite Jones’ book, Geraldine Hughes’ book, the FBI files on MJ just released – FACTS about these cases (minus the “Well, MJ is a pedophile and we’re gonna say that whether it’s true or factual or not ’cause we want the ratings” media spin) -
AND a second part covering MJ’s humanitarian legacy – would help to clear his name.

And NOW they are executor of his estate (or a representative thereof). Michael Jackson is worth more to Sony dead than alive. Michael himself often said “they” are trying to kill me. Who do you think “They” were?
I won’t even get started on AEG, promoter of the O2 shows. Bytheway AEG OWNS the O2 arena and had hounded Michael to do shows there since November, 2007.
What killed Michael Jackson? Propofol? Well, ultimately, maybe. What REALLY killed him is MONEY.
Summary – documentary that covers:
1. the allegations and the FACTS surrounding them: transcripts, interviews with Geraldine Hughes, A. Jones, and Tom Mesereau, an analysis and background of the FBI’s files on MJ – from TOM MESEREAU – and the background and history of Evan Chandler, Janet Arvizo, et al.
2. the lifelong and storied humanitarian legacy Michael left – including documents, videos, interviews, photos – his humanitarian legacy is little known or appreciated – because it was buried under attempts to demonize the man by extortionists, the media, and the prosecution in 2005
3. Sony Corporation and AEG – the contracts they had with Michael, what was included in them, how Michael was (mis)treated under them, and how and why they wanted that Sony/ATV catalog back and what they appeared to be doing to get it. Include Michael’s statements that “they” are trying to kill him and point out the fact that MJ is now very prematurely dead and – lo and behold – a Sony representative is managing his Estate. IntereSTINK, to say the least.
Include in this part all background and info on AEG and the contract they had with MJ to do the O2 shows, that they own that arena, and that while other promoters backed away from promoting concerts with MJ until he was financially settled and physically prepared, AEG did not, because they saw a chance, with Sony, to make a lot of money off of the shows (but in Sony’s case, to make a lot more if MJ was dead) – witnesses can corroborate that Michael was NOT prepared to do these shows but AEG had him over a financial barrel and could yank the rug out from him if he didn’t agree to do them. Witnesses can corroborate that Michael was EXTREMELY stressed regarding these shows and had great concerns that they had pimped him out and he had no choice to do 10 – then suddenly 50 shows (much to Michael’s shock). They drove and pressured Michael to his death in order to make money off of him. And WHO would care – especially if there was more money to be made off of a dead and gone Michael Jackson than a live one?
It all needs to be documented and exposed.
There are so many of us who will be outraged for life at the vicious injustice inflicted on this gentle, extraordinary human being (need I name him as the exquisite Michael Jackson?). How can we band together, as the mighty force I know we could be, at COMPLETELY clearing his name publicly and turning PUBLIC opinion AROUND (as Thomas Mesereau did with Robert Blake) to being informed and aware of the TRUTH – that he NEVER committed crime, that the massive FBI, law enforcement and legal investigations came up completely EMPTY of anything more than ludicrous hearsay, and this ALONE – nevermind the TOTAL ACQUITTAL and EXONERATION of him in ’05 – proves his complete innocence? Can we organize mass emailings admonishing the mainstream media to admit the real truth? Or what? Any ideas? Surely there must be a way when the facts are so available – the transcripts here (thank-you so much), Mary Fischer’s article ‘Was Michael Jackson Framed?’, ‘The Michael Jackson Conspiracy” by Aphrodite Jones, ‘Redemption’ by Geraldine hughes, etc. etc.? Michael Jackson was guilty of nothing more than deeply & truthfully loving children and devoting his life to championing them, being niave, and living so much in his own genuis world of child-like wonder that he was woefully uncomprehending of the kind of vicious machinations he was therefore vulnerable to. He brought such a beautiful and bright light into the world – isnt’ there anything regarding correcting this travesty that we can do back for him and his legacy? Any ideas? I would also encourage you to share this site with anyone who doubts Michael’s innocence. Few who read the actual testimony of the accuser, his siblings, and his mother can continue to believe that Michael was guilty of anything other possessing a pure heart and an unhealthy dose of naivete.

The Arvizo family made a MOCKERY of CHILD MOLESTATION. It takes a certain calibre of person to do that, and this calibre of person is incapable of admitting they have lied. – Unless somebody was to offer them a few million $$ for the truth…!
I have always believed in Michael—I cannot say I knew him as a close friend but in my heart Michael always wanted to do and be good to people especially children. It hurts to know that people cannot understand or believe that there are extraordinary people who are in reality TOO GOOD To BE TRUE and that was Michael Jackson, too good of a person to be real and so they had to make up stories to make him seem bad, malicious, and dirty. I think those people who hurt Michael ultimately killed him-those who are liars and know who they are should do the right thing not only for Michael but for his children and all of us who love and respect him, the fans.
i get mad at people who still say micheal jackson molested kids or michael jackson is a child molester all these accounts cthat were accused on him not a single one was he found guilty of i fell pitty for you gavin(dick head)arvizo
I always believed Michael was not guilty. Please lies must stop. I’m from France and I know we are many people who share the same feelings all over the world.

shame on you Gavin… you were sick and had cancer,, he helped you.. he paid your hospital and all needed treatments.. how you did that?
